Pamela Earle Advisory Board | Complections International Academy of Make-up Artistry President, Complections International Academy Pamela Earle acquired Complections in July 2007. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Education from McGill University in Montreal where she was raised. Pamela has five years of experience teaching in both elementary and high schools in Toronto and Montreal. From 1990 to 1992, she worked in the film industry starting in junior production positions. She later graduated to Director and Producer positions. From 1992 to 1995, she held the title of Vice President, Development and Production for Primedia Entertainment. In 1995, she formed her own production and distribution company, Actuality Films, and acquired the distribution rights to the Primedia Catalogue for the subsequent decade. During this period, she produced films, documentaries and worked on television series.
Pamela has been a member of George Brown Theatre’s School Advisory Board for seven years. She also worked for George Brown College for two years, managing the fundraising cabinet for George Brown’s Young Centre for the Performing Arts in Toronto’s Distillery District. She is proud to have founded two community theatre groups for youth. One was for The Young Street Mission, where she has played an active role chairing fundraising galas for their scholarship fund. She has also served on the Pleiades Theatre Company Board. For two years, Pamela chaired the Board of Directors of the June Callwood Centre for Families.
Acquiring Complections has allowed Pamela to combine her work experience in both education and the arts. Her active roles in many charitable organizations have furthered her commitment to encouraging young people in the arts. She lives in Toronto with her husband Richard.
